Due to recent virality, there's been a huge influx of orders. We're working hard to get to every order. Yours is being processed and will ship within 2–4 weeks.

Free international shipping
Every order ships free, with tracking, anywhere in the world. No minimum.

Processing
Every hoodie is made to order. Because of the influx of orders, processing currently takes 2–4 weeks. Express Delivery (optional at checkout) moves your order to the front of the queue and onto the fastest available route.

Delivery estimates (after it ships)
United States: 6–10 business days.
United Kingdom: 8–12 business days.
Rest of world: 8–15 business days.

You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your hoodie leaves the warehouse.

Need to change something while you wait?
If you'd like a different size or house, email us any time before it ships and we'll swap it for free. Cancellations within 24 hours of ordering are refunded minus a 20% processing fee; after that your hoodie is in production and all sales are final. See our Made-to-Order Policy.

Shipping Protection
If you added Shipping Protection and your parcel is lost, stolen or arrives damaged, email us and we replace it or refund it — no claim forms.

Customs
Orders outside the US may be subject to local import duties. These are set by your country and are the customer's responsibility.
